RICE MENUOur cuisine is based on the typical recipes of the Ebro Delta. We prepare our dishes as we have always done: with high quality ingredients that combine perfectly and prepare the spirit to enjoy traditional cuisine with the five senses.
Our specialty is rice. We mainly use the pump variety combined with seafood and other Delta products to prepare up to 14 different rice recipes, but we also make other typical dishes such as the "xapadillo" of eel or the frog legs.
Located in a privileged environment, in our restaurant we also have a terrace overlooking a large lagoon surrounded by the fauna and flora typical of the area. It is the perfect place to enjoy tapas, appetizers, refreshing salads and, when the time comes, delicious cocktails prepared in our bar.

Flat lands, extensive rice fields and hurdles, long beaches ... The Delta del Ebro Natural Park is a unique and isolated natural area that you can discover on foot, by bicycle or by kayak. The confluence of the river with the sea that occurs in the Delta makes it a privileged natural space with a great diversity of native flora and fauna. They have counted more than 300 species of different birds and a great variety of fish and other aquatic animals.
